شهد اللقاء بداية قوية من الفريقين، ووقف القائم لكرة سافيتش، وقبل نهاية الشوط الأول تحصل الهلال على ركلة جزاء نفذها بنجاح روبن نيفيز (د:41)، وفي الوقت بدل الضائع من الشوط الأول تحصل التعاون على ركلة جزاء نفذها بنجاح روجير مارتينيز هدف تعادل للتعاون (د:45+4)، وشهد اللقاء خروج لاعب الهلال حمد اليامي مصاباً وتم نقله بسيارة الإسعاف.
وبهذه النتيجة يحقق الهلال تعادله السابع ويصل للنقطة الـ55 في المركز الثالث، فيما حقق التعاون التعادل الرابع ووصل للنقطة الـ40 في المركز الخامس.
Al-Hilal continued its series of setbacks after drawing with its host Al-Taawoun, with each team scoring one goal, in the match that took place at Al-Taawoun Club’s stadium, as part of the postponed matches of the tenth round of the Roshen Saudi League.
The match witnessed a strong start from both teams, with the post denying a shot from Savic. Before the end of the first half, Al-Hilal was awarded a penalty successfully converted by Ruben Neves (41′). In stoppage time of the first half, Al-Taawoun was awarded a penalty successfully converted by Roger Martinez, equalizing for Al-Taawoun (45+4′). The match also saw Al-Hilal player Hamad Al-Yami leave the field injured and was transported by ambulance.
With this result, Al-Hilal achieves its seventh draw and reaches 55 points in third place, while Al-Taawoun achieves its fourth draw and reaches 40 points in fifth place.
