أكد وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية بندر الخريّف، أن رحلة المستثمر الصناعي أصبحت واقعًا رقميًا متكاملاً، وتوظف الأدوات التقنية الحديثة.
وأشار إلى أن منصة «صناعي» تمكّن المستثمر من إنجاز جميع إجراءاته إلكترونيًا عبر منصة موحدة، مؤكداً متابعة الوزارة لضمان سلاسة الإجراءات وتقديم تجربة استثمارية متكاملة.
وأوضح الخريّف خلال مشاركته في ملتقى الحكومة الرقمية الرابع، أن الاستثمار في التقنيات الحديثة ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز تنافسية الصناعة وتحقيق المستهدفات الوطنية.
ولفت إلى أن المنظومة تعمل على ترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار، من خلال برنامج «مُحفزات المصانع» الذي يستهدف أتمتة ألف مصنع بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص.
وأضاف أن قطاع التعدين شهد قفزة نوعية عبر رقمنة البيانات الجيولوجية وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي، لافتاً إلى أن منجم «منصورة ومسرة» يُعد أول منجم رقمي متكامل في الشرق الأوسط.
وأعلن الخريّف عن إطلاق «منصة الخدمات الرقمية للمصدرين» التابعة لهيئة تنمية الصادرات السعودية، التي تهدف إلى توحيد خدمات التصدير الحكومية تحت مظلة رقمية واحدة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الإجراءات، وتسهيل رحلة المصدّر، وتسريع نمو الصادرات الوطنية.
وأشار إلى أن التحول الرقمي يجسد التزام الوزارة ببناء اقتصاد صناعي متنوع ومستدام يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، ويعزز الشراكة بين القطاعين لتحقيق التنمية المتكاملة.
Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Kharif confirmed that the journey of the industrial investor has become a comprehensive digital reality, utilizing modern technological tools.
He pointed out that the “Sina’i” platform enables investors to complete all their procedures electronically through a unified platform, emphasizing the ministry’s commitment to ensuring smooth processes and providing a comprehensive investment experience.
Al-Kharif explained during his participation in the Fourth Digital Government Forum that investment in modern technologies is a fundamental pillar for enhancing the competitiveness of the industry and achieving national objectives.
He noted that the system works to instill a culture of innovation through the “Factory Incentives” program, which aims to automate a thousand factories in collaboration with the private sector.
He added that the mining sector has witnessed a qualitative leap through the digitization of geological data and the application of artificial intelligence, pointing out that the “Mansourah and Masarah” mine is the first fully integrated digital mine in the Middle East.
Al-Kharif announced the launch of the “Digital Services Platform for Exporters” affiliated with the Saudi Export Development Authority, which aims to unify government export services under a single digital umbrella, contributing to improving the efficiency of procedures, facilitating the exporter’s journey, and accelerating the growth of national exports.
He indicated that digital transformation embodies the ministry’s commitment to building a diverse and sustainable industrial economy that aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhances partnership between the two sectors to achieve integrated development.
