يخوض منتخبنا الوطني السعودي للناشئين لقاء مهماً أمام منتخب نيوزلندا عند تمام الساعة 6:45 من مساء اليوم (السبت) على ملعب أكاديمية اسباير ضمن لقاءات الجولة الثانية للمجموعة الـ12 ضمن بطولة كأس العالم تحت 17 عاماً 2025 في قطر.
يدخل منتخبنا الوطني هذا اللقاء بعد أن خسر المواجهة الأولى أمام النمسا بهدف دون مقابل، ويطمح في لقاء اليوم لتحقيق الفوز وإنعاش آماله في التأهل للدور الثاني، إذ يحتل المركز الثالث حالياً. وعلى الصعيد الميداني، أكمل لاعبو المنتخب الوطني حصتهم التدريبية مساء أمس (الجمعة) تحت إشراف المدرب الوطني عبدالوهاب الحربي، والجهاز الفني المساعد، طبّقوا خلالها تمارين لياقية، أعقبها العمل على الجوانب التكتيكية، واختتمت الحصة التدريبية بمران على الكرات الثابتة.
فيما يدخل منتخب نيوزيلندا هذا اللقاء بعد أن تلقى خسارة ثقيلة من منتخب مالي بـ3 أهداف دون مقابل، ليتذيل منتخبات المجموعة بفارق الأهداف عن منتخبنا الوطني. ويطمح النيوزيلندي من خلال هذا اللقاء للعودة للمنافسة بتحقيق الفوز.
وفي ذات المجموعة يلتقي المتصدر منتخب مالي وصيفه النمسا ويطمح كل منهما لحسم التأهل من خلال الفوز ولا غيره، أما التعادل فلن يغير في موقف المنتخبين في جدول ترتيب المجموعة وسينتظران للجولة الأخيرة لحسم التأهل للدور الثاني.
يُذكر أن المنتخب الوطني تحت 17 عاماً يأتي ضمن المجموعة الـ12 في كأس العالم، التي تضم إلى جانبه منتخبات النمسا، ومالي، ونيوزيلندا.

Meanwhile, the New Zealand team enters this match after suffering a heavy defeat to the Mali team by three goals to none, placing them at the bottom of the group based on goal difference compared to our national team. The New Zealanders aim to return to competition by achieving victory in this match.
In the same group, the leader, Mali, faces the runner-up, Austria, with both teams aiming to secure qualification through a win and nothing less, as a draw will not change the standings of the two teams in the group table, and they will await the final round to determine qualification for the second round.
It is worth mentioning that the national team under 17 years old is in Group 12 of the World Cup, which also includes the teams of Austria, Mali, and New Zealand.
