أشاد مدرب الهلال الإيطالي «إنزاغي» بالأداء الذي قدمه فريقه أمام الأهلي في نصف نهائي كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين، على ملعب «الإنماء» بمدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة.
جاء ذلك خلال المؤتمر الصحفي عقب المواجهة التي حسمها الهلال بركلات الترجيح (4 – 2) بعد التعادل (1-1) في الوقت الأصلي للمباراة، إذ أكد إنزاغي أن المباراة جاءت بمستوى عالٍ، معربًا عن سعادته بالوصول إلى النهائي، مشيرًا إلى أن الفريق لا يزال أمامه خطوة لتحقيق اللقب.
وبيّن أن الفريق عمل كثيرًا من أجل التسجيل وصنع عددًا من الفرص، مع إهدار بعض المحاولات، مؤكدًا أن الرغبة والاستمرارية كفيلتان بحل هذه الإشكاليات، رغم وجود بعض الغيابات.
وأوضح أن العمل مستمر بمجهود عالٍ والتدريبات اليومية تهدف لتطوير الأداء، مشيرًا إلى أن الفريق خاض 38 مباراة حقق الفوز في 31 منها، ما يعكس الجهود المبذولة، مع ضرورة مواصلة العمل لتحقيق الكأس.
من جانبه، أكد المدير الفني لفريق الأهلي الألماني ماتياس يايسله أن كرة القدم تحمل لحظات صعبة، وأن مثل هذه المواجهات قد تكون مؤلمة بسبب النتيجة رغم جودة الأداء، معبرًا عن فخره بما قدمه اللاعبون.
وأشار إلى أن الفريق يركز على الجوانب التي يمكن التحكم بها، مبينًا أن اللاعبين يشعرون بالمسؤولية رغم مرارة الخسارة، وأن الفترة القادمة ستشهد منح اللاعبين وقتًا للراحة مع عائلاتهم بعد ضغط طويل، تمهيدًا لاستعادة الطاقة.
وأوضح أن الفريق صنع العديد من الفرص ووصل إلى مرمى الهلال مرات عدة، وكان مسيطرًا على مجريات اللقاء، ما يبرر عدم إجراء التغييرات التي طُرحت بشأنها تساؤلات.
The Italian coach of Al-Hilal, “Inzaghi,” praised the performance of his team against Al-Ahli in the semi-finals of the King Abdulaziz Cup, held at the “Al-Inma” stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
This came during the press conference following the match, which Al-Hilal won on penalties (4 – 2) after a 1-1 draw in regular time. Inzaghi confirmed that the match was of a high level, expressing his happiness at reaching the final, and noting that the team still has one step left to achieve the title.
He indicated that the team worked hard to score and created several opportunities, while missing some attempts, emphasizing that desire and consistency are sufficient to resolve these issues, despite some absences.
He explained that work continues with high effort and that daily training aims to improve performance, pointing out that the team has played 38 matches, winning 31 of them, which reflects the efforts made, with the necessity to continue working to achieve the cup.
For his part, the head coach of Al-Ahli, the German Matthias Jaissle, confirmed that football carries difficult moments, and that such encounters can be painful due to the result despite the quality of the performance, expressing pride in what the players delivered.
He noted that the team focuses on aspects that can be controlled, indicating that the players feel the responsibility despite the bitterness of the loss, and that the upcoming period will see players given time to rest with their families after a long pressure, in preparation for regaining energy.
He clarified that the team created many opportunities and reached Al-Hilal’s goal several times, dominating the course of the match, which justifies the lack of changes that were questioned.
