أصدرت محكمة مصرية، الأحد 15 مارس، حكماً بحق الفنان المصري وائل عبدالعزيز، شقيق الفنانة المصرية ياسمين عبدالعزيز، يقضي بسجنه شهراً مع الشغل، مع إيقاف تنفيذ العقوبة مؤقتاً مقابل كفالة قيمتها 10 آلاف جنيه.
كما فرضت المحكمة على وائل عبدالعزيز غرامة مالية قدرها 20 ألف جنيه، بعد ثبوت إدانته في قضية سب وقذف أقامها ضده أحد الصحفيين، معتبرة أن الواقعة صحيحة وأن المتهم تجاوز في حق المدعي، ما أدى إلى صدور هذا الحكم القضائي.
