أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم (السبت)، توقيعه قرارًا بفرض تعريفة جمركية عالمية بنسبة 10% على جميع الدول، في إطار ما وصفه البيت الأبيض بإعادة ضبط منظومة الاستيراد وحماية المصالح الاقتصادية الأمريكية.
رسوم مؤقتة شاملة
وأوضح البيت الأبيض أن ترمب وقّع إعلانًا رسميًّا بفرض رسوم استيراد بنسبة 10%، مؤكدًا أن القرار سيُطبَّق بصفة مؤقتة، على أن يدخل حيّز التنفيذ في 24 فبراير الجاري.
وأشار إلى أن الرسوم لن تشمل جميع السلع، إذ جرى استثناء عدد من المنتجات ذات الطبيعة الإستراتيجية أو التي لا يتوافر بديل محلي لها.
قائمة الإعفاءات
وبحسب البيان، تشمل السلع المعفاة من الرسوم الجمركية الموارد الطبيعية والأسمدة التي لا تُنتج محليًّا، إلى جانب المعادن الحيوية والسبائك، فضلًا عن منتجات الطاقة.
وأكد البيت الأبيض أن هذه الاستثناءات تهدف إلى تجنّب الضغط على سلاسل الإمداد الحيوية، وضمان استمرار تدفّق المواد الأساسية للاقتصاد الأمريكي دون اضطرابات حادّة.
