أصدرت رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين توضيحاً رسمياً رداً على ما يتم تداوله بشأن خوض بعض الأندية مبارياتها على ملاعب بديلة، مؤكدة تفهّمها الكامل لأهمية إقامة المباريات على ملاعب الأندية المستضيفة، لما لذلك من تأثير مباشر على الأداء الفني والتجربة الجماهيرية، إلى جانب البعد المعنوي المرتبط بعامل الأرض.
وأوضحت الرابطة أنها تتابع باهتمام النقاشات والملاحظات التي طرحتها الأندية والجماهير ووسائل الإعلام حول هذا الملف، مشيرة إلى أن قرار اعتماد الملاعب البديلة لم يكن عشوائياً، بل جاء نتيجة تحديات تشغيلية وتنظيمية متعددة، من أبرزها متطلبات إدارة الحشود، ومعايير الإنتاج التلفزيوني، والسعة الجماهيرية، بما يضمن سلامة الحضور وجودة النقل التلفزيوني، خصوصاً في ظل بث عدد من المباريات دولياً.
وبيّنت الرابطة أن هذه المعايير وُضعت بما يخدم مصلحة المسابقة والجماهير وشركاء البث على حد سواء، مؤكدة في الوقت ذاته أن هناك أعمالاً تطويرية معتمدة مسبقاً لرفع جاهزية عدد من الملاعب، أسوة بما تحقق هذا الموسم مع نادي الفيحاء، الذي تم اعتماد ملعبه رسمياً بعد استكمال جميع الاشتراطات المطلوبة.
وكشفت رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين أنه ووفق الخطة الموضوعة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، من المنتظر استكمال تجهيز واعتماد ملاعب أربعة أندية هي: الحزم، الخلود، ضمك، التعاون، خلال فبراير 2026، بما يتيح لها إقامة جميع مبارياتها على ملاعبها.
وفي السياق ذاته، أكدت الرابطة استمرار خيار تمكين الأندية من طلب إقامة مبارياتها على ملاعب ذات سعة جماهيرية أكبر، وفق الرؤية التجارية لكل نادٍ وبحسب توفر المنشآت، بما يحقق التوازن بين الجوانب التنظيمية والتسويقية.
واختتمت الرابطة بيانها بالتشديد على أن هذه الجهود تندرج ضمن توجه شامل لرفع جودة البنية التحتية للملاعب، وتعزيز التجربة الجماهيرية، وتوفير بيئة تشغيلية متكاملة، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على الأندية والجماهير، ويُسهم في تطوير جودة المنافسة والبث التلفزيوني للدوري السعودي للمحترفين.
The Saudi Professional League Association issued an official clarification in response to the circulating discussions regarding some clubs playing their matches at alternative venues, affirming its full understanding of the importance of holding matches at the host clubs’ stadiums, due to the direct impact on the technical performance and the fan experience, as well as the moral aspect related to the home advantage.
The association clarified that it is closely monitoring the discussions and observations raised by clubs, fans, and media regarding this issue, indicating that the decision to approve alternative stadiums was not random, but rather a result of multiple operational and organizational challenges, the most prominent of which are crowd management requirements, television production standards, and audience capacity, ensuring the safety of attendees and the quality of the television broadcast, especially in light of several matches being broadcast internationally.
The association stated that these criteria were established to serve the interests of the competition, the fans, and broadcasting partners alike, while also confirming that there are previously approved development works to enhance the readiness of several stadiums, similar to what was achieved this season with Al-Fayha Club, whose stadium was officially approved after meeting all the required conditions.
The Saudi Professional League Association revealed that, according to the plan coordinated with the relevant authorities, it is expected to complete the preparation and approval of the stadiums for four clubs: Al-Hazm, Al-Khulood, Damak, and Al-Taawun, by February 2026, allowing them to host all their matches at their own venues.
In this context, the association confirmed the continued option for clubs to request to hold their matches at venues with larger audience capacities, according to each club’s commercial vision and the availability of facilities, achieving a balance between organizational and marketing aspects.
The association concluded its statement by emphasizing that these efforts fall within a comprehensive approach to enhance the quality of stadium infrastructure, improve the fan experience, and provide a complete operational environment, positively reflecting on the clubs and fans, and contributing to the development of the quality of competition and television broadcasting of the Saudi Professional League.
